If you are already familiar with japanese or korean, it’s not a bad idea to at least try learning the other. get started by chatting with lanny from eggbun to learn korean and japanese. ‘chat. Yes you can...why not! but you must have sufficient time to spare to learn two languages simultaneously. focus on learning to speak first and learn the vocabulary. japanese hiragana and korean hangul are easy to learn so you can do that initially..... Best answer: it's totally possible! just split your time. i am learning japanese and korean as hobbies, and chinese are a serious language to have in life. i casually study japanese, like watching japanese videos, always listening to japanese music (j-pop and j-rock ftw), and reading books on reading it..
I'm learning korean now but i want to learn both korean and japanese. i know that the two are similar when it comes to grammar, so anyone who speaks either language would find it easy to learn the other. because of that i was wondering if learning the two languages at the same time would be okay.. Best answer: if you're going to learn japanese or korean, i suggest doing it one at a time. if you seriously absolutely want to be fluent in one or the other it'll take practice practice practice. once you master one, you can go to the other one with a slight advantage since the grammatical rules are pretty similar.. Korean is not my main goal now, but i really want to learn it. i know it is not easy to learn two languages at the same time, so i think i will mainly focus on japanese, but i will also spend some time studying korean (for example, maybe 10 or 15 minutes per day)..
